If you are looking for an affordable and relaxing getaway, The Country Garden, situated on Beecatcher Guest Farm, is the perfect place for you. You will find an informal friendly atmosphere in a beautiful private setting – a world away from the stresses of modern life. Fantastic views of Towerkop with direct access to the Little Black Mountains with all its diverse indigenous flora.

Cool off in the dam, go for a walk on the farm, explore the ravines or bring your mountain bike to explore the Voorbaat Valley and Vanzylsdamme.

Beecatcher farm is a working farm so there is an opportunity to get to know the farm animals: pigs, sheep, rabbits, geese, ducks, chickens and goats. The kids will love it. This is also a Botanist’s paradise with an amazing variety of flowers and plants.

There’s always something flowering. And for avid bird watchers there are more than 80 bird species, including Black Eagle, Spotted Eagle, Owls and the European Beecatchers (after which the farm is named).

Our units are self-catering but we also offer the option of a delicious breakfast basket or braai pack that can be delivered to your cottage. Costs for this are available on request.
